Projects here tend to be substantial — private homes built from scratch or significantly reconfigured, buildings with planning sensitivities, clients who are making serious decisions and need architectural support to make them well. The early stages involve genuine exploration: three design directions developed and tested before any single route is recommended. That means early-career staff work on design problems with real weight, and more experienced staff have the latitude to develop their thinking properly.

We use 3D modelling, physical models and walkthroughs as working tools throughout — not as presentation polish at the end — because that is how clients understand and engage with proposals.
