Developments bring together site, planning and a mix of uses. We work from the first conversation through design and delivery, so each scheme has a coherent plan and buildings that sit well in their place.

Existing buildings

Work to existing buildings starts with what is already there. We look at fabric, layout and how the building is used, then find a clear way to adapt, extend or repair it without losing its character.

Heritage buildings

Heritage projects ask for care as well as imagination. We work with listed and historic buildings to repair, reuse and extend them in a way that is honest to the original fabric and practical for how they are used now.

Private homes

Private homes are shaped around how people live. From new-build houses to considered extensions, we work with each brief, site and planning context to create homes that feel considered, well-built and lasting.

We begin every project by exploring three alternative concept designs, because working through different approaches at the outset produces a clearer brief and a stronger final direction. Sketches, CGI computer models and 3D physical scale models let you see and respond to ideas before anything is committed, so you’re involved at every stage where a decision matters.
